Interested in going deeper and improving your technique? This course goes into the theory of diving deeper.It will help you improve your freediving performance whilst advancing your safety equalisation and rescue skills. In this Advanced freediver course, you will extend your limits in all disciplines, continuing your breathing education and improving the Frenzel equalization maneuver with specialized drills, tips and guidance.

Our pool sessions and Ocean dives depart from diffeernt locations depending on times and conditions.
Boat dives usually depart from Fingal Head on the Tweed river or Brunswick heads in Byron bay.
We will notify you when you book of the best dive locations for the course.
Wave 2 Freedive Course Details
n this Advanced freediver course, you will extend your limits in all disciplines, continuing your breathing education and improving the Frenzel equalization maneuver with specialized drills, tips and guidance.
This two-day course will deepen your understanding of breathing techniques and master the art of the Frenzel equalization maneuver through specialized drills, expert tips, and personalized guidance. Furthermore, you'll gain insights into preventing and managing injuries related to freediving in the middle ear, inner ear, sinuses, and lungs.
Elevating safety to an entirely new level, this course equips you with comprehensive knowledge about blackouts, decompression illness, strategies for avoidance, and the mastery of advanced rescue techniques.
You will receive a W2 Molchanovs e-certificate upon passing all course requirements or an L1 e-certificate for passing the pool requirements only with one year to upgrade to a W2 cert.
Prerequisites:
Wave 1 certificate for Wave 2
OR completed crossover evaluation
Complete the Medical Questionnaire and Risk Waiver

Safety
You will have received a liability waiverform in the booking confirmation email. Every participant is required to complete the waiver. Parents can sign for their children. If you did not receive a pre-arrival waiver email, please click the button below to complete your "Waiver". You will be asked a series of important questions and will be required to electronically sign the waiver, with legal guardians signing for children. This is mandatory before boarding our vessel, as is the safety briefing prior to departure.
